Hemmstar is formed by committee in TARC to execute the financial issue that we faced in TARC. Students have to work as part timer, waiter or waitress as financial support. Even though there is PTPTN government loan available for Malaysian, however, this is just good enough for college tuition fees. They unable to cover other expenses including printing cost, books, transportation, rental cost and bills.
Hemmstar observe these issues faced by student are frustrating, and we’re here to design a plan to overcome this problem in order to let students concentrate on their study.
